These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MGT Estates website. MGT Estates is the consumer-facing brand of MGT Advisory Group LLC ("MGT Advisory Group LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others, interfere with site functionality, or compromise security.

Communications and Text Messaging
Providing a phone number or booking a consultation does not, by itself, give consent to receive text messages. If you choose to opt in to text messages from MGT Estates (operated by MGT Advisory Group LLC), you may receive messages about consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you; contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Property updates and marketing text messages are not part of the messaging described above and are not sent under this consent unless you separately opt in to them.
